I've been trying to sort this out myself but no luck.
Let's say that we are IP against some player that has a fold button. We flop a flush draw, he cbets and we semi-bluff. I know that to do this correctly we have to expect either folds or shoves my problem is the math.
I have never been able to, in real time, calculate the correct size of my raise in order to maximize fold equity but price me in if he shoves. Is there some kind of rule to calculate it considering the smaller stack, current pot, etc?
