constant exchange of opponents, it is usually easier to exploit the weaknesses of the other and for that it is necessary to analyze each player, if there is a lot of exchange it becomes more difficult to analyze.

In cash games you need:
1. Have a Hud
2.based on which opponents are sitting at the table, choose the correct range for a particular position
3. If you don't hit the flop, and the opponent is regular and he is continually betting, the best decision is to fold, at least 30%.
4.if the opponent is a fish, then you need to bet somewhere 2-3 blinds and check what his hand is
5.read a book from Card Chat how to start playing well in 30 days

I think its easier for me to not worry bout whole table and pick a certain player to try to bully there chips away like i do in tournaments. But those players are better than normal too.Good luck

So you're paying 1 BB i.e. either limping or after limping? You should never open limp and most of the time you should be ISO raising instead of after limping. Even though you're investing 3.5 or more BB instead of 1 BB you will have a much better chance of wining it back.

One of my difficulty is control my stack, because i have predisposition to think that pay one big bling dont will destroy my stack and i pay hands that absolutelly i cant pay !

Giving up the big although it seems painful is common, give up. Play the big as if you haven't paid it. It will be easier to turn off the hand.

good advice, but it still hurts when you invest in the pot and the moment comes to press fold

when playing cash, you feel some discomfort, when playing in tournaments this is not felt, I do not even know what this may be due to, although you play for money there and there

Good day!
I have difficulty controlling my session time.
When I sit out, then from fatigue I begin to do frankly terrible actions.
Sometimes I tilt, and I can blur a little, which, to my delight, happens much less often.

Limping or calling often in no limit holdem makes no sense. The game lives from aggressive play. That's why I never limp. I often call when I have pocket pairs hoping to flop three of a kind. If I'm in late position and someone in front of me makes a min-raise, then I sometimes call with A2s-A9s or 45s + and watch the flop. Otherwise, I'm always the aggressor or I'll fold preflop. The advantage of this is that you often win the pot even though you haven't even hit anything.

Cash games are a totally different type of Beast! If you bust there is nothing to stop you re-stacking and try to win your money back, which usually leads to more money lost.
I used to play them Live when I had a read on a particular player or even several players sat at the table, but there was one regular that I would purposely try to avoid, He was a super aggressive player and would raise every pot he was involved in and every time he raised, I folded unless I held a Monster hand.
Blinds were only 50 pence and £1.00 and he would raise to £10.00 pre-flop with any Ace rag. The only way to beat him was to shove all in with your monster hands and cross your fingers if he called. He knew I was a tight player in the local cash game and once I shoved he knew I had a monster hand because I would show when he folded to me. This tac-tic worked well in my favour because once he knew I was shoving with big pocket pairs I could play a few bluffs at him,
I still prefer the tournament style game, when you are out, you are out, and once you are down to heads up is when I become an aggressive player. Playing tight early on gives the impression that you are a Nit! and will only play premium hands, this then works to your advantage when you are 3 or 4 handed or down to heads up play.

When the fun Stops, STOP!
