Seems like he needs to compromise a bit here cause he's the one that bailed on you and not vice versa. What was the deal to begin with in terms of pulling out by the parties etc, what was agreed to start?

New goals for 2013 for me. Gonna have a real think about what I'm doing with poker. Could be Hypers, could be just staying at 50nl fr and being disciplined and not taking shots. Dunno, gonna have a real think about it. Shot taking has cost me a ****ing fortune this year. Giving serious consideration of giving up cash altogether!
