I concerntrate on the players per flop.
I have found that the tables that have a high % of players seeing the flop, the more fish there are.
Plus I calculate the amount of hands per hour being played, this can be an indication of how many players are seeing the hands through to a showdown.
Average pot ... If there are a lot of players seeing the flop, then I have to bring that into consideration. This will determine how big the pots are going to be, even before I open the table.
