what type of stuff do you guyz do to keep track of what your doing in cash games. would writing what i put in and come out with be too much? should i just see my bankroll at the end of the day/week?

Record using pokertracker, enter your results in this spreadsheet, at the end of every week.

The reason why I do it weekly, I'm not so affected psychological if I'm down a bit or up.
