Cash Game Sessions

Hello it´s my frist post here and I'll share with you guy some questions that I've about cash game sessions.

And sorry, my english is on progress.

My frist question is... When I should quit from my Cash Games sessions ? Should I play five, six hours or leave the table when get a good money ?
And how can I make notes from the others players, this part I'm not good in, anyone can help me how to do it ?

You must stop the game if you are tired, started tilting, lost concentration ... If you do not show your best game.

Leave when you are not playing your best poker
If you are up $x, you are probably playing good poker and should not leave just because you are up

As for player notes, most sites (ACR & intertops for sure) allow you to make custom notes on players and even color code them. Pretty useful if you don't have a HUD and face a lot of the same competition.
