Anyone have a routine before they play poker or anything else they need to focus on? I often feel like I'm looking through fog for the first 20mins of a session which obviously isn't ideal.

I have to drive close to 30 minutes to play. So I usually just visualize stacking fish for a half hour before I play.

Then when I'm the one getting stacked it's 2x more disappointing.
