I don't play scared... I'm numb to that tbh. I do bring a bit extra than 1 buy-in so I can keep my stack max buy-in which gives me a little breathing space :)

alright so todays performance all up at 10NL is +$26.15 over 4652 hands ... 5.62bb/100 so not bad :)

Since i'm running good in the afternoons and not so great mornings atm... I'm going to drop down stakes in my morning session and keep at 10NL in the afternoon.

I'll use strictor bankroll management in the morning until I start winning again there.

and i'll keep focusing on finishing those sessions on a high :)... was so good at it last year and earlier in the year.

played 17.1k hands so far and bout -$20 profit but we made $38 rakeback... we were -$80 at one stage so bouncing back nicely... We will be fine keeping at 5NL and 10NL until we make a hundred or two and then we will go 10NL morning and 25NL afternoon :)

Will keep aggressive when we winning... and flick down the switch if we aren't winning as much.

stats so far over 17.1k hands ... vpip 18.9 pfr 15.35 total afq 49.13 WTSD% 27.06 and WSD 50.96

Also folding river bet too much just in the dark grey in leak tracker. and just scraping in flop cbets in green.

really bad WSD after river call at SB

middle position my river AF is way way way too high.
fold to R bet is a bit too much not too bad.

slightly down on the cbet flop from the button.

Cutoff looks perfect.

Can someone suggest what day to have off and why from the daily grind?
Look at your tracker and pick the weekday where you traditionally do worst.

I'd pick a weekday over Sunday, though. More fish on Sunday.

Yeah true, I just figured Sunday because generally Fri morning/Sat morning can be tiring especially if I'm at the Casino late Friday night and possibly future Saturday nights as well. But I guess just need to harden up :)

I use to believe Thursday or Wednesday... thanks Timo i'll scope out which day is worst though.

Thursday is historically my worst day and the weekends my better. There are definitely more fish around at the weekend.
In the hands...AK I'd call for 40c getting 7-1 he's going to have AK Aq here as well and we don't have to be right here very often.
99 and 88 depending on how tight and aggro the bettor is I'd call both hands once as often the last player is taking a stab with their full range. If they bet twice on turn bricks you can let it go.
55 auto cbet here .... single broadway flops are the best boards for cbetting

So you would donk with 88 fig on the flop???.

No personally not into 4 players but I do expect you to be ahead here a lot of the time. You are giving up a lot of equity just folding here. The problem is converting that equity from oop in a 3bet pot. I don't think the fold is bad as it could cost you a lot of chips here to find out if you are good and the presence of the blinds further reduces your chances.
I would like to see you thinking ranges and equity more and verbalise that more.
4 handed and in position the button could be really quite wide here especially if he has any sort of polarised 3 betting range. Could he not conceivably raise here with a whole host of Ax hands right down to A2s and decent suited connectors .Most of which we beat?
I'm at work and don't have access to my equity calc but you must have at least 50% against the buttons range here.
The point is when it has checked around its often worth the button betting with anything here as no one has shown any strength.
As played with the blinds folding I would have called and wanted to see more evidence that I was beaten before giving up on this hand.
But this is also where his overall aggression matters as if he's capable of firing his air on a blank turn then it may be worth giving up on the flop.
If he checks the turn I'd lead out what I'd be prepared to call on the river.

I actually figured you'd be tighter than this with the number of tables you play. You could stand to loosen up a bit more in late position (CO and BTN).
BB seems very nitty, though, especially compared to your higher SB. Are these filtered for 5-6 handed? Or does this include some 3-handed and HU stats as well?

vpip 18.9 pfr 15.35 this is good if you are multi-tabling. Its a little nitty for 6 max but I can't see how it works otherwise if you have too many hands running at the same time it all falls down.
Not sure what a good afq is exactly, I use aggression % as a measure of postflop aggression, it stabilises much quicker than AF.

WTSD% is creeping a little high and it looks like you are struggling a bit on the river, the two are probably related.
Your WSD 50.96 is fine so when you are showing down you are winning enough.
A better WTSD would be around 25% I know its only 2% but 2% of 17k hands is 340 hands where you probably should have dumped the hand on the flop or turn but carried onto the river and likely lost with them.
We make our biggest most expensive mistakes on the river. You are indicating you are having to fold on the river a little too much this may be why, as you are getting there too weak a little too often. This may be enough to be denting your profits, so try and make a few more definitive flop/turn decisions.
Use the math and dump those obvious flush draws where you aren't getting the right odds and are less likely to get paid because the draw is so obvious, especially oop, so play less draw type from the blinds and play more from the button generally.

2nd session today -$0.96 over 2800 hands so it's still a positive really. Practiced playing a lot tighter in the blinds and picking me spots. Thanks fig again. unfortunately we hit +$30 pretty quick but yeh a few hands dropped us down to break even again.

Will see what happens in the morning and keep practicing fixing up the blinds leak.

T2: donk the flop, two-pairs are vulnerable hands, you don't want to give a free card. Also, this was limped preflop, so you can't be sure someone's going to bet out.

AA: godawful board to be facing a shove on the flop.

QQ: if he calls your shove, you're either a huge dog (KK+) or flipping (AK). I probably just flat the 4-bet.
It's different if we're facing a 3-bet instead of a 4-bet.

KT: I probably just c/c the river. We played it like QJ, imo, he might just bet small with all the made hands we beat. By shoving ourselves, his calling range is going to be tighter, imo.

T2 Agree with Tim. Lead out 2/3 to 3/4 pot. If you go for a check raise then make it bigger. All the old pros recommended a sizing that includes calling the raise and then making a pot sized bet. These bigger raises reduce the pot odds making it a bigger mistake to call with draws. So here calling the 20 makes the pot 85 and then betting 85 so your check raise should be to 105. Substantially bigger than the 69 as played (bet pot button is a nuisance in this respect). Every book I've ever read states get super aggro with every two pair hand except top two pair which holds up better.

AA bet more pre flop. fold to a flop raise.

QQ call the 4bet and take it from there unless they are fishy.

KT fold or 3 bet pre flop. Reducing these sort of hands from the blinds is what we were talking about above. So difficult to get paid on the flush oop and top pair hands are often dominated. Call this in position only.
As played it's very similar to the first 2 pair hand. Lead out or check raise bigger looking to gii on the flop.

Todays session -$63.56... quite a few coolers today, was almost breaking even but ran into a lot of sets over sets.

was 1 or 2 hands where I shouldn't have been in like we were discussing above. But have been cleaning up that side of the game, so still practicing to keep improving in the blinds. Felt a bit easier from the blinds today though which is good.

MTT's are huge variance. SnGs require a completely different poker brain.

i am very good at sng and tournaments but i believe always working on cash will be more benificial in the long term... it appears im running bad and playing bad but we are cleaning up our play and results will turn eventually as we keep working on the game :).

we have made $70 from rakeback this month so far as well... so a couple good sessions and we will be laughing but atm we plug away at leaks and dont panic :)... ill just play 5nl if it continues and bounce back there if i have to
