Well, at least you've identified the problem. j/k

Seriously though, you're right about a reraise being appropriate PF. JJ needs to be protected and the min-raise in front of you is going to give pretty much everyone odds to come along for the flop if you just call. Plus you can easily make a larger lead bet on that really good flop for jacks in case you get a caller PF.

Yes, reraise and take it from there. J's are hard to play in EP, but you shouldn't be afraid to raise a few limpers with them. If you get reraised then you reevaluate (and in most cases fold lol), but you can't throw them into a crowd of limpers or minraises like here. Most of them, if not all, are weak and will fold, saving you a heartbreak sometimes.

You realized this on your own already, also to your credit the cards set you up pretty bad by rivering that J. It stinks to lose with a set. Better luck next time.
