He could have top or middle pair, or could be on straight or more likely flush draw. You have him heads up which is ideal, pot I believe is $10. You don't want him to fold, just to make a mistake which he probably will since, as you said, he's ready to tilt. So I'd bet a little more 3/4 pot, say like $8, to make him call without the right odds, which is your goal.

For a complete blank like this, I'd bet anywhere from 3/4 pot to pot.

well i figured with his possible tiltiness i could let him think he caught me cbetting with AQ QQ JJ

i check raised him all in and he called & had QK

I would've gone the opposite way I think. Instead of a check throw out an overbet to make it look like a steal and hope he reraises. Sounds like he wasn't letting go of that hand no matter what. Nice pot, either way.
