$5 NLHE Full Ring: Value bet here?

This guys stats are 37/32/20 over about 100 hands, basically wondering what you put him on here? This seemed to me to be J10,Q10,K10 or A10 but i'm not exactly sure what to put him on, is he slowplaying a set? could he of rivered the straight? Wondering whether it would be profitable to valuebet this? if so what sizing? something like 30c? or just shove it in? if you bet 30c and he shoves is this a fold?

I think if you bet you can't really fold to a shove because he only has ~$1 left and if we bet and he raises we're going to be getting good odds against an obvious drooler who could have a worse hand.

That said he has a lot of hands that beat us here I think and I like checking behind.

+1, check behind. Vs. a passive fish as well since his range is ahead of you at this point. Even more so vs this guy, 20 agg. factor and he checks 3 streets, that's really really suspicious
