Villain is a 39/16/24%
3-bet % = 7.1%

Normally, I don't call big bets from bad players, but this one is especially odd....

SB: $22.12 (88.5 bb)
BB: $44.73 (178.9 bb)
UTG: $23.56 (94.2 bb)
MP: $28.06 (112.2 bb)
CO: $25.85 (103.4 bb)
Hero (BTN): $24.55 (98.2 bb)

Pre-Flop: Hero is BTN with T

50bb deep or less I'd instacall. Here I think it's a fold. I've seen lots of villains at 25nl do this with trash, but i don't think you have the proper bluff catching odds here.

I'd fold pretty quickly.

You're getting pretty much 1:1 pot odds, and you're in worse shape when you're ahead than he is when he's ahead. I think any half decent 3-betting range has about as many overpairs as unpaired big cards (there are more total AK and AQ, but I think a lot of AQ's don't 3-bet).

I think Belgo is pretty much on the money. 50bb deep would give you 3:2 pot odds, and I think you have a bit more than 40% equity in the pot.
