Raise, he has AK. If he calls, check turn, and if he checks behind, fire again on river whether you hit or not.

A little outlandish for such a small bet to mean AK and only AK. It could very well be a suck bet with top set, or maybe even an overpair.

I do agree, though, that his c-bet is very weak. I don't mind a call or a raise. We obv can't fold this with our flush draw and such good odds in front of us.
