On the river he likely has either a full house or a flush or a bluff e.g. a missed straight. Top pair type of hands like KQ and AQ should check back on this wet board.

You have a trips which is a good hand, but still would fold this specific hand because of the blockers.
1) You have a T in your hand limiting his possible missed straights that he might bluff on the river with.
2) You don' t have a club in your hand and thus are not blocking any of the possible flush combo's he can have.
