Interesting situation - I'm not a limit expert, but shouldn't you be betting/raising JJ from SB preflop and on every street? I realize KJ gets tremendous odds to call all the way down with an OESD on the flop, so this will be an expensive loss if you do this - chalk up this comment to being a NL player if it's just dense from a limit perspective, but I am curious what the "right" thing to do here is...

Yeah, I'd be raising the JJ preflop, as well as leading out on that flop. But, I play pretty aggressively at .10/.20 limit. But, if he doesn't fold preflop, then you're pretty much destined to lose a decent sized pot here.

As played, there's no way I'm ever folding that river raise. You did well not to reraise, IMO.
