Table is a little tight. My image has been that I know what I'm doing. Do I want to encourage a little chasing here? Or do I want to exploit my image and how the cards look on the table?

I would have completed the bet on 3rd street. As there is only one other player I would call.

He has you beat so far to high and has taken 2 of your fives to ruin you straight draw,Your probably playing for half the pot.

If there are 3 or more players I would raise.

I would honestly consider folding. Lets ignore the low potential of this pot for a second. If we assume he only has an open pair of 5's, then any 2, 3, 4, or heart gives you potential to win the pot. That's nine hearts plus two 2's, three 3's, and three 4's. Now, the two 2's are probably safe. But if you catch a 3 or 4 you could already be in trouble, but it's also incredibly easy for you to be outdrawn by a higher two pair. So, let's say then that we only want a 2 or heart. That brings it down to only 11 outs. At only 2 to 1 on your money, you don't want to continue.

Ok, now you do have potential to draw to a low over the remaining three cards. But what if you hit, you're only getting half the pot most of the time. And the cardinal rule of any hi-low game is never draw to half the pot. So if you catch a low only card such as an offsuit 8, then you're going to have to continue with you hand (probably), even though you're only getting half the pot (without a good backdoor). So, honestly, because you're heads up here, the low potential isn't strong.

Basically, because he is playing for the high (and who knows, he could have two low cards under also), and there aren't enough people to feed the pot, I would just fold out here. It's bad odds with tricky draws, in a trouble spot. Just get out.
