I know a lot of people use 3rd party programs to calculate odds and I know some sites ban them. My question is another one: how many of you have actually had a gain from using them. I tried some, they didn't give me much more insight than I already have. I mean you'll fold with A 10 cause odds seem to be against you and then bash your had on the wall seeing two tens on last 2 cards. Also the river will give a 2 to some random guy that happened to bet all in with 2 twos. Basically the odds they show are real, but we all know them and these things are unpredictable so they happen anyway. Are those odd calculator programs really improving your chances? It's a question not a criticism. I'd really like to know how you feel about it.
