Do you play satellite tournaments?

I think satellite tournaments are a good training for the tournament you are planning to play

I play many satellites tournaments, i agree with you that it's good practice as well
that you have the chance to qualify for major tournaments for less effort.

Ticket value is often ten times larger than a satellite buy-in.

This is a good opportunity to participate in a good tournament.

I've won a few tickets and a little cash. For certain sites you can re-buy back into the game. I try to have enough cash on hand to get back into a game with a re-buy assuming I think I can play my way back into the money or tickets.

total loss of time are absurd those super turbo satellite tournaments however the turbo mode may be more reasonable but that time invested in the satellite will tire you a lot and that is the problem exhausts although you do not believe

I play Nicolette because there is a possibility to play more expensive tournaments than your bankroll allows.

The problem is that mostly satellites all have turbo, hyper-turbo structure, but I just hate such tournaments.
If there were more satellites with a slow or normal structure, I would certainly play them

I do not like turbo and hyper-turbo tournaments, but most players do not play serious poker when they play satellites.

My opinion is that with a bit of luck with satellite help, we can play a quality tournament

Do you like turbo tournaments? Or you just play satellites with a turbo structure.

My opinion is that satellites do not tire and do not spend a lot of time because they are fast and in most cases the gain is ten times the amount invested.

I do not like satellites where re-buy is allowed.

I play satellites on PS and I have a positive ROI in almost all of them. The thing is that in the majority (excepting Sunday Storm) you have to play in (you are not able to take tournament money) and most probably you will play to mincash in all of them).I think they are good for the bankroll but you have to be prepared to face better opponents.

I agree with you.

a few times on the 4$ satellite I won a 44$ ticket and convinced it was not the same to play for 4$and play for 44$.

Sattys, are interesting to play tournaments above the avg buy-in. The form of dispute is quite different from the tournaments being played.

I think satellite tournements can be a good way to "take shots" while playing within your BR. Just dont overdo it as variance will be bigger, and you probably will face better opponents in the main turny. It may be a good idea to play the satellite on another day, so you start off fresh for the "main event".

Yes, this is a good practice, but in satellites people play without a head. It often helps just luck, not a good game... It is my opinion.

Yes, they usually watch satellites at tournaments because they help you save money on banckroll. I feel great when I win my tournament seat through a satellite.

I often play satellites, since this is a cheap entry to a more expensive tournament, but I would not say that this is a training session, as often turbo satellites, and as everyone knows, the law of luck often operates in a turbo, the more games the more likely to get . But to real poker it has nothing to do, the usual bingo.

The satellite is a good opportunity to win an expensive ticket to the tournament. Learn here too, you can. But for some reason I always got bad with tickets. I'm lucky with those who are given a free gift.

I like the double shoot out 16man sattys on stars. They take a lot of practice to learn the differences between cEV and $EV, though, so I recommend doing a lot of work away fromt he table learning these spots.

If you put in the work, they can end up having a decent hourly rate since you can put in a lot of volume.

Great opportunity! I think that is good workout, there are quite a few weak players. I'm specifically playing satellites pokerstars, if I have time for it, but in smaller poker rooms, ideal for inexperienced people. Nice benefits can be achieved with patience.
