fyi im playing mostly big mtt tournaments.
In bold: the 1.86:1 odds are only if you're guaranteed to see the turn and river.
So, you would only use this if your opponent's bet on the flop puts them all-in. Since you're only calling 1 bet, but seeing both turn and river cards, you can use the 1.86:1 odds.
However, if your opponent's flop doesn't put them all in and you can expect another bet on the turn, you must calculate your odds for hitting on the flop-to-turn. And then again on turn-to-river. Which are 4.22:1 and 4:11.1 respectively.
Just grab a NLHE odds chart online and keep it open when playing. Then just use this simple flow chart:
1. Is my opponent all-in on the flop? -> Yes. -> Use odds for turn and river.
2. Is my opponent all-in on the flop? -> No. -> Use odds for flop-to-turn, then turn-to-river.
