Remember that luck has no memory and by that I mean your odds of being dealt a premium hand does not change from one hand to the next. Keep playing and be patient. Only stop playing if you find it difficult to stay patient. The belief that switching tables or taking a short break will end your cold streak is just superstition and a misunderstanding of varience.
This is a fact. Every new hand dealt has the same probability of being good or bad.
Just like every new flip of a coin has an equal chance of being Heads or Tails, no matter how many times in a row one has come up previously.
People also talk about long term probability evening out, which is also true.
Which then looks like a contradiction.
The fact still remains though that without a memory, the next hand or flip is still independent of the previous ones.
In real life though we know that variance, hot and cold streaks do exist. The problem we have is that we don't understand them and there is no explanation or solution.
As with other things in life we can't explain, we are tempted towards superstitions to make up for our lack of knowledge.
It might make us feel better or provide an illusion of having something we can do but it is unlikely to actually change anything.
It's like catching a cold, there is no cure, the best remedies can only ease the symptoms, while you ride it out.
