It would be much more helpful if you could post hands where you loose with Aces. They are good, but there are ways to play it so it's bad.
In a pot with 3-4 people in you need to just shove them PRE FLOP! You don't want your aces to try to win versus many hands, just to win against 1 hand post flop. You are 85% to win heads up, that's about 5/6, so you will loose 1/6 times.
3 way you loose 10% more of the time, and about 5% for each other person after that. Plus, the more hands that see post flop, the more likely people will catch a better hand such as trips when they had 5:1 to call with a small pair.
There's a time to play a big pair cagey, but most of the time raising to isolate is better. It's not 100%, and there will be times late in a tournament when you shove and the odds
dictate everyone calls. That's just how it is, and when skill becomes simple gambling. Getting ahead early and holding that leads is what makes it so it's still about skill.
