Made my first cash deposit last night on America's Card Room.
Nothing big, $25 to see if I liked the site.
Played last night for a few hours no problem.
Wake up to an email this morning saying they need a scan of my ID, my Credit Card and a utility bill.
My account is locked.
I email support and wait a few hours with no response.
Is this normal?
Does anyone know what type of utility bill they want?
Because I currently don't have any of the utilities like gas or water in my name at this address.
I also don't have access to a scanner and would have to take a picture with my smartphone or something.
I'm honestly thinking of just making a deposit of Bovada.
I saw they may require the same info but they just need a picture of the ID and Credit Card and a signed form.
It's really frustrating to have your account locked and be sitting there for hours with no response when you just want to play some cards...
