ive lost more than half my bankroll now due to very bad variance from the stupid donks that play micro statkes i cant stand them. Ive had to drop all the way back down to $1 sngs. every single day or sng i play someone sucks out on me.

I normally curse and swear a lot in the chat box as much as i possibly can but feel as though i could kill the basterds on the other side and feel like I should do something different.

Although I swear a lot I dont actually tilt it does not affect my game, as soon as i stop swearing its like a release then the next hand comes and I play it properly and re focus as if it never happend.

what do you people do?thoughts?any better more 'normal' ways?

How can you lost half your bankroll to donks with suckouts? Seems impossible to me..So you was playing $2.00 tournaments of how many buy-ins? You must of had around $150/$200?

Just deal with it. It does happen to us all and every single day to us if you're putting in enough volume you're bound to get sucked out in several tournaments. However the ones you don't get sucked out on and go deep will out weigh the suck outs and you should be in profit if you are a winning player. I cant help but think you must be doing something very wrong as I can't see bad player by others taking half your bankroll especially if you don't tilt like you say it must be flaws in your poker game as 50% of your roll is a hell of a lot unless you had like say $5 br but clearly you didn't/don't.

Just read through the forums more and try patch up your game in places and look through some hand histories of the times you have lost. Maybe you are over playing marginal hands you think are good.

I've cursed got angry before which is a big flaw in my game it doesn't really help and if they reply with some daft comment it makes you even more mad so try controlling that, I'm too at the minute! :)

The thing you must remember, at micros the majority of people will chase any flush/straight draws regardless of the odds. Even if it's a pot of 200 and you put in 5k a lot would call to hit runner, runner that's how sick these people are! They most definitely lose long term though so enjoy them around you!

I would first study Bankroll management. Once I did, I rarely lose more than 10% of my roll and that's a very bad day if that happened. You shouldn't really be losing more than 5% of your roll if you're a wining player I'd guess.

Secondly, don't let the bad beats get you down. I probably have over 100 a day at LEAST. I've never thought about it or counted but easily into triple figures but you then profit when you have the better hand and these donks think their top pair is still good to your full house for example. I lost the other night quite badly, set over set numerous times, full houses over full houses and even sicker, I flopped quad 10's. All the money goes in and he turns over jacks. Of course I'm happy anyone calling all-ins with quads. He hit runner, runner jacks ;) now you think you run bad think again!Hehe.

i like bad beats. What I really hate is when I get my money in behind and need a suckout to survive.

oh and play more volume with a bigger bankroll.

Husky you don't need to start multiple threads for the same topic so close in time.

They have big Donks all the way up the ladder. So don't think you will get away from them once you are playing much higher. Just fewer of them, and different kind of donking.

But bad beats come quick and often in all levels.
