I played sit n go single table at ACR and finished in 1st.After that they offered me another gamble to double,but I hadn't courage.And you ACR player,Do you dare to take risk here?

I took risk 2 times with $1.80 or $2 from mincash in ACR freeroll both times lost.
Anybody ever win how many wins per tries?

Im pretty sure letting acr to choose if they double you or dont pay you at all, is not the best thing in long run.

Maybe I would choose it, if I was winning regularly, but most of the time I also would deny it.

ACR handed me 5 dollars last month, without me ever depositing. I am pretty sure, they will find their ways to get that free money back, and maybe thats one way.

If in such cases they propose to double the win then the chances are small, so the poker room returns its money which is given for free, but this is my opinion, I will not argue in such a situation, someone can and wins with players such a doubling and gets a double win !!

A good tip here is not to take risk.Because it was very cansative to win this money.

It seems to me that in poker on many occasions or in a particular one, you have to take risks ... some can leave us out of a tournament and another can leave us at the top of the tournament if that move is in our favor .. that I fervently consider that if as in life in poker you have to take risks

I took an 11 cent FR win. Did the double or nothing won 5 times then cashed it out. I also had it make me double or nothing coming off of a cash table $100 down and it cost me another $100 when the joker came out lol. But it didn't give me option to just leave.

Is there an option to turn that stupid popup off? I accidentally clicked it once and obviously lost. To be honest I know why they have it there, to recoup losses with an additional house advantage, but still it's pretty out of place in my opinion. I really just want to play poker with my poker, not this double or nothing BS.

Edit: if anyone else is interested it's under options>table options>General>other options to turn off the "Double or nothing" in the very last box.

Seems like this option was put to let the gamblers risk to get their losses back...or double their winnings....definitely a gamble based on your mood lol

I never take that risk.. it seems to me it is like playing slots. I've actually had it pop up for me when trying to leave cash tables at ACR, like if you hit leave table twice it pops up for a second before closing the table, but as far as I can tell it doesn't actually complete without further input.
I think it is to lure gamblers into losing their winnings.

I tend to degen pretty heavy at times, so I certainly wouldn't be able to pass up this double or nothing gamble every once in a while. Luckily, the Mac client of ACR doesn't offer this feature so it saves me from blowing my winnings! Do you dare to take risks?

I also had such a choice, but I refused to take risks. I do not think it worthwhile to take risks if you manage to make a profit by playing poker. Good luck.

Stay away from this crap. Why would you want to spend 2 hours to win money playing poker and then risk donking it all away with a coin toss. Are you a poker player or a bingo player?

If you ask me, this is just an immature attempt by ACR to exploit players and send them on tilt so they'll go and dump more money into the site. Get that shit out of my face when I win money or get sucked out on and barely finish ITM.

I believe there's actually an option to turn it off so it doesn't pop up after every win... I'd recommend doing this if you're serious about poker.

I have only been in that position twice (one in BCP and one in ACR) and did not take the risk yet. I may consider it in the future if I have a large enough bank roll to do so but do not plan on doing it yet on either sites.

Wouldnt try to dubble it really think its more like 90% lost and 10% win chance even tho it says 50/50... more chance of doing it on live roulette or blackjack.. or even go all-in every single hand on a cash/game.. but ofcourse the only way you will win is to click the X button and dont gamble it Do you dare to take risks?

Same kinda with the card spins you can do at acr where you need 3 of a kind ive done those a few times and got it for 0.01 cents and 0.25 cents, but only for big games 11$ and +

rare i win monies, it tiny amounts, pennies, a dollar or two
i win some lose some no huge deal
one day i get $39usd, win a streamer hg (a gigantic win for me)
i do the gamble lose, tears now, prior be so happy win mtt
i upset, bang down my mouse, it broken
cost me $39 and a new mouse

Hi, kratos! I had similar situation on ACR a time ago... I played in one tournament, but only I'm not got first place: lost in all-in with
a better hand, and won about half that, that you won. I was a bit upset... And I was offered same, that and you. I long time thought, hearing my intuition (about 5 minutes), but I chosen a right card, and my winnings double! Then I was offered same once more,
that double your winnings again... But more I don't became risk.
My conclusion next: risk need, but in the same time need stop during! Good Luck for tables! Do you dare to take risks?

I do not play on acr but if I am asked to double on a bet. I can not do it on a football game or roulette.

If you constantly play in this discipline, then no one is at risk. If you play there sometimes, then why come again? If you have already won, that is, have reached your goal for today.

Think the site will just say you lost more often than not in this scenario. Take your money and use it with something in your control. You be better off trying to double with another sit n go than this option
