Here's my opinions and what I know of Full Tilt (which isn't very much).:
1. Variance will probably make this rate lower, but if you one tabled, then you could keep this rate. The people at Full Tilt know more common sense than those at Pokerstars
(e.g. raises happen more frequently).
2. I wouldn't necessarily say you're going to be well 'rolled up' for these levels because as the pro's say, you could make the worst decisions and be up for the session or even make the best decisions and be down for the session. The levels are similar in style and play though and you will just need to adjust just a tiny bit to get there. But expect your BB/100 to go down.
3. If you want to, instead you could play some Rush Poker. More hands (about 250+) per hour, but you need to multi table less. There is higher variance, but with your bankroll for your level I would build it up to $50 or $60 and then play some Rush Poker. I would do what you're saying and shoot for around $100 and then take a shot and look for the fish. But if you lose some buyins, then grind your way back up.
4. Any site that has Casino Players on it (such as betfair poker
) is a great site for earning money. These players obviously have just found this through the online gambling places and they are great sources of income.
Also, try out Pokerstars. It's a sister site to Full Tilt meaning that you can transfer your winnings from Full Tilt to Pokerstars (which is nice).
Good luck with your attempts!
