When ITM, tighten or loosen ?

Just play normall poker , make +ev moves , counter the population.... there is no magic strategy , if the population are over aggro donks then play tight , if they are tight then you can play looser.

It depends on your position in a tournament if top 10 at or near the bubble then you play tighter and wait for quality hands or premium hands i made the mistake was playing a free roll after the bubble and was folding nut flushes and set's if i call then top 3 in chips that's the thing with free rolls a lot of all ins preflop even after the bubble bursts best way too play is tight aggressive poker

Its depend on your stack level.If you are already shortstacked, then you dont have to wait to be blinded.Try to take some risks and try to double up.
