I would never click the register button if I didn't believe I was in a good position to win the tournament. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't always go according to plan and I don't win as much as I'd like to... but I very seldom feel like I've been outplayed consistently or like I'm in over my head by any of my opponents.

Also 5-6 hours isn't a very long or grueling mtt session at all. If you feel this way you might want to just play sit n gos.

With all the crazy things I've had happen in poker I just wouldn't believe it until I actually won the whole thing.

I try to play MTTs in the here and now, and try not to think too far ahead. Tournaments are all about making optimal decisions regardless of the results. If you focus on making good decisions the results will eventually come imo.

Normally when I am among the first 9 positions and there are less than 50 players left, I think that I have a good chance of winning the Tournament.
