Actually I don't think I would've folded...because the players that shoved all had under 10bigs, so it is likely that they would be shoving with any face cards. Even though against 3 different players your chances of having 7s hold up against any overcards are pretty slim, but with such a large pot I think I would've taken a shot at it.

"most" would mean >50% of my stack. not the case here. I've not stated it itt but this hand was brought up in a sweat session where I mentioned that if this call was +50% of my stack then I'd have folded.
