I`ll be setting out for the casino in a little while (it`s two hours drive from my home). The video link that Ranny posted to the feature table looks as though it could be cool, but I make no promises that I am going to wind up there.

Prior to today, I have played 5 big live events so far this year and FT`ed 3 of them. My run must end soon. If I were to final table today too, that would be 4 from 6, which is getting ridiculous.

Doesn`t matter, anyway. All those of us who have reached the final day are already ITM, so I am guaranteed to make money whatever happens today. If I last long enough to be worth mentioning, I will take some notes and come back to this thread to report.

I know you're poker brain is so so advanced further than mine, but please dont think like that(in bold). Think positive, think this is a new tournament, and whatever has gone on in past tournaments does not affect the outcome of this one. Yeah, you've had a sick run in your last 5 big tourneys, but that doesnt mean you wont also in this. You've gotta be doing lots of things right for that sick run, so continue doing those things right in this one, and TID.
Whatever the result, please post a report here. As this 2nl cash grinder and $1 tourney player for one would love to see 'one of our own' do very well in a highroller event(highroller to me, anyway)
GL Egon, and have fun!

Male commentator is Mad Marty Wilson, well known tournament director from UK.

Have shared beers a couple of times.

"this guy didn't come here on a bicycle"

I like that the table is not full of preschoolers.

Hi, everyone, I am back.

Looks like the mug shot, So I'm thinking the same. He had more hair in the mug shot......

The lighting and camera angle were unflattering. My hair is thin on top (male hormones :) ), but the internet feed gave the false impression that I am bald. My wife, who watched part of it, said I looked at least 10 years older.

I watched you for a while well done, the commentators were complaining you were not putting your cards in the square lol. I started laughing again well done

The card reader in the table was a bit iffy, I think. The original instruction given to us was to leave them in the box for five seconds to be read, and then we could move them closer. I gather there were a couple of occasions when that didn`t work for Seat 10, and therefore they asked me to leave them permanently in the box.

More info later. Got to do some work now.

He was doing fine, decent stack, until the deal was TT, 66, 66 and others, His 66 was last to act and he shoved.. good attempt at a squeeze, bad timing. He was covered by the TT and no improvement was possible.

I don't think it was the final table, I do think it was 2 tables at that point, but might have still been 3 tables. But it was a background App, and I am not sure so I will get corrected.

He was patient. But we all know that when we are card dead for a while, some trigger goes off and we make this move expecting something way different than what went down.

General play 1 hour earlier looked extremely nittish, and would have been the time to increase activity.

The last prize money I think I heard was 850 pounds.:D

Was a better weekend than I had......:(
