As described, I would pay 9 player and 6 MAX SnG of around $1.50. You could also play MTTs of that level, but I feel like SnGs give you a better chance of grinding a BR higher. Take shots in MTTs here and there.
it all depends on the skill, if you are an experienced player, then 15 bi is enough, your limit, if the skill does not allow it is better to divide the bankroll by at least 50 and play the appropriate limit
