I usually don't get upset with certain cards if I have a reasonable stack of at least 50bbs I leave it out for a while, I circulate the blood and then I come back focused because fatigue beats in feature film tournaments and you have to be smart not to let tiredness spoil your game!

The best way to prepare for long tournament sessions is to get plenty of rest, eat healthily and exercise.

The truth is that your mind and body are completely intertwined.
It's far more difficult to stay laser focused over those extended periods if you don't have good physical condition.

You must adopt a lifestyle that allows you to be mentally tough.
When you take care of your physical health, your mind will be much more resilient.

Completely agree with you

I think that one of the main things you should do before a long session is to be well rested, relaxed and always have positive thoughts, avoid things that bother or distract you during the tournament, always try to be comfortable while you play
