time zones ( tournament start times )

I have noticed for 888 the EDT is posted for 2pm The tournament does not start until EDT 3 pm. The server must be in a different time zone.

I think that the schedule is in Winter time, but the server has been updated to the Summer time. I suppose the schedule is for 2pm EST which is the same time zone but during the different part of the year.

I have no idea where this^ is coming from.
The time is correct in the game discussion thread (This is last week's):
