A3 of suited is not a good hand, but with only 10-12 BB, You need to shove, before the Blinds eat up your chips.
I will Tri bet If no one has bet before me, If some one else rises, then I will Fold and wait a little longer for the Shove! :hahaha:

Opening 25-30% of a short stack, then folding to a raise makes no sense. Either get it in pre or fold.
