what is the strategy to play a ZOOM tournament start without taking a bad?

If I will know this - I will be a rich man . But the good is play any pair, Ax, connetors over JT (suited prefered). Or like nera75 suggest - just bluff

I never liked the game but when I do play I fold and fold until I get premiums like QQ-KK-AA-AKs. And not to bluff because I think people often do this, they keep folding and trying to catch a good hand
