A different blind structure does not require a total different strategy. But of course the faster the blinds, the more often you will be playing with short effective stacks. So knowing how to play well with <20BB is more important in hyperturbos than in slow structures, while being good at playing with >50BB is less important. But both situations will still occur in all format, so you still need to have at least some understanding off, how to handle it.
The only real difference is, that hyperturbos often play with a larger ante, which warrent playing more hand and using larger sizings. If its ok to open jam up to 14BB with a 1BB ante, then maybe you open jam up to 17BB with a 1,5BB ante, because there is more dead money in the pot to fight for. But again its not the blind structure, which matter here, but the actual ante.

Hypers play exactly the same as any other tournament, except that effective stack size gets a lot shorter a lot quicker. The same charts that work for a slow-boat are just as applicable in a hyper, it's just you're only going to be 100bb for 3 mins instead of 30min.
Because you're going to be getting to the sub 20bb stage much quicker, luck plays a much larger part because card distribution doesn't have time to even itself out.
