100 dollar ones last about 2 and a half hours and the 250 ones are longer I think in 3 and a half to 4 range

Firstly, free tournaments on pokerstars are divided into public and private. Anyone can take part in the general tournament (also called open). You just need to register. Access to private tournaments is available only with a promotional code. Duration from 2 to 5 hours.
