if for some reason you registered late in the tournament your life in the tournament will be a little more difficult, as the blinds will go up and players will open hands at the limit of the range in order to accumulate chips, in addition there will be those players who will be able to double chips early in the tournament and will be putting pressure on the short stack.

if you like to register late you have to have a lot of strategy to play with few and with pressure.

I particularly like to play the tournament from the beginning, for me it's more comfortable.

And i sometimes register after the first break, when the stack is already about 10BB. This is a good tactic for overlay tournaments. It’s easier to play with such a stack, because push/fold strategy is easier than deep stack play. Sometimes i even took first and second places in late registration tournaments with a small number of participants.
