It is always better when you play with strong hands, there is no guarantee that you will win, but it is definitely the better option. I don't think I've experienced the same thing as you. I think it took more than a year until I finally started to win something and had also tried to play as strong hands as possible, but no matter what I had, there was always someone who had better. did I have four of a kind had someone else had a better quadruple, did I have flush high A had someone else strait flush and so on the list is simply too long to write everything down here. People told me that I play poker well but I had a completely different opinion and had lost my confidence back then. You have to play hands that are good because of the position and of course because they are strong hands. Another factor is the game study, which can also determine if you can play a hand or no.

Haha yes but not always works my friend last day i played 55poko on 888 i had JJ utg i raised 4 callers FLOP T34 i bet 66% of the pot utg +1 calls turn is a 2 i chekd she pots the pot i was thinking may had AT 44 i decided calling river J i shoved first she snap called i was thinking i got that 1 but she had 56s and ... always laffing about bad beats but not about miss reading a cooler.
So the thing is dosent matter is you play only strong hands thats a fact of variance you shuld increas the volum to beat the variance.
