It may refer you to the EU site in that case there should be a pop up , allow it and it should transfer you to the community website.
After you're logged in there you will recieve the ticket . Usually takes 2 days.

Fyi this is a permanent ticket so this procedure is only required once .

Once a month and its mostly about 4-6000 players. My best result was this 😁 final table is really well paid.
