Depends of the flop texture. usually c-bet 3/4 pot, is u get call have to play check/fold on the rest of the hand, if u get rise u should fold.

To generalize it, I would bet over half pot to protect your hand against straight draws.

after the flop i will bet whats in the pot then if the opponent calls turn 3/4 and if he calls again half the pot.. maybe thats a reasonable bet to protect my cards and the pot..

it depends on the stack size of you and villain also if its a near the bubble hand and many other factors aswell like your position on the table and his style of play. in most cases i would bet at least 50% to 75% of the pot however if im the first to act i might check raise specially if vilalin is a loose player.
