I would recommend you read Kill Everyone by Lee Nelson. There's an excellent section on bubble play. Search the internet and try to read all you can on bubble play. Don't continue to be scared of the bubble but learn and teach yourself to play it well you don't remain one of the players that people are picking on during the bubble. If you are folding AK they can jam on you with literally any two cards profitably.
