Hello. I play governor of poker 3 Sit and Gos.
I know it's a free game and freeroll strategy is very different to real Poker.

But this is the only 'legal' way to play Poker in my country.

And GoP 3 forum & Steam Discussion people usually don't talk about poker strategy things so I come here to get advice.

Anyway my question was I lost the game and I want to know what was the best thing to do at that time.

I was cheap leader, 16 bb. There were 2 players.
I got a Pair of Eights. I raised 3.5 x BB.
Because one girl was only had 3.5 BB. So I wanted to show down with her.

Then the other guy moved all in, he had around 9-10 BB ? Anyway he was short too.
Although he played tight, but I didn't think he was a good player.
I can't explain in English but you know your gut and experience tell your opponent he's strong or weak when you play Poker enough.

Anyway he play tight but not a super good player. just average Freeroll style / good hand bet big, if he got nothing just fold.

So I thought my Pair of Eights was a strong hand on the situation.
Even if he shoved with Ace X hands I thought it was coin flip and I believed I shouldn't fold.

So I called.

And He showed Q10s / And the girl was Pair of Queens. And Flop was KK10.
So She won, he took the side pot and I lost the game.

So my question is should I Fold at that time? Did I make a wrong move?

Thanks for reading my post in advance.

If you were the chip leader with 16BB, that mean, the other two players had an even shorter stack. And then you should generally play push or fold preflop. Or if the second shortest stack was around 12-15 BB, its also ok to min-raise (but not raise to 3,5BB) and then have some hands, that fold to a shove and others, that call it off. 88 would be a call, so this is just a completely standard cooler in a shorthanded game with short stacks.

Run it through Icmizer.
If they answer a question for a free game, you think he had icmizer?

I don't fold too, when the 10 bb shoves, you still winning a 77- pairs and a lot of Ax hands, and when this all in come to you, your objective is win against him...
