im 6th of 7th in chips. and its in the ACR freeroll so no need to hear the poker experts mention ICM. NO. thats not a factor here.

It has to be a shove for 10bbs, it's a top 10% hand

It's not a simple answer, mainly because more information is needed to answer it: 1) What is the structure of the tournament (regular, turbo, hyper-turbo)? 2) What is the stack of the players who are on the table (sb and bb)? 3) What is being disputed? You are already ITM? 4) What is your history on the table? What is the profile of the players (aggressive, passive, tight, loose)?

Answered these questions, I would take the best decision. In general rules, it is a bad shove because theoretically will only get called for better hands or pray for a flip against AJ, AT, JJ, TT, 99.

At around 8bb it becomes marginally +$ev to push A9o there. If it was A9s you could push it at 11bb.

Instead of making a new post every time you have a push/fold question, why not do some push/fold study? There are lots of tools out there, many of them free.

Here's a site that took me all of three seconds to find by typing 'push fold chart' into google: http://www.pushfoldcharts.com/index.html

Personally, I would ship it.

With 11bb but most importantly with antes, I think shoving is the best move in the long run.

The thing about these marginal spots is that you can actually choose shove or fold, one may be slightly more $ev but neither choice will be a big mistake

I think it is too early to go here for an all in. you are not a strong enough hand to do a stack is not so small

Lucothefish. I only post the hands which are VERY close in my mind, on here cause I like the player feedback. As you can see someone said it was a ship.. But I like your reasoning... My point is. I know push fold pretty well, but push/fold with antes is slightly looser and I'm trying to get it down perfect

Another factor to consider: how tight are the players to your left and right? If you're able to steal / resteal at this table without too much trouble then it's easier to fold spots like this.

If the table is looser (particularly to your left) you should open your push/call ranges a bit and be more willing to gamble. I'd rather lose here with this hand at 11bb than two orbits later at 6bb while waiting for a steal spot that never came

How is k8s even in the same sentence. You need to tighten your King suited range

I think it depends on how your opponents play. It's really important knowing how your opponents play

it all depends on the status and speed tournament. If the turbo can be. if not then I would raise mini
