I know BRM is tough. Should you mix cash and tourney when pretty new?

If you're not cashing 25% of the tournaments you play you're not ready to make the jump to higher stakes. BRM starts at the lower stakes. Jump to fast and don't understand BRM you'll fail. Unless it's just gambling for you then do what you want

I don't follow bank roll management. I just jam all my money in the biggest guaranteed tournaments and it is exciting and quite fun. Though it is boring rebuilding bankroll from freerolls.

I load money every few weeks, and play a lot of free rolls. I try to play cash games often with the bank roll and move up in blinds as I'm able to increase my bankroll.

And there is nothing wrong with that. If you are not a winning player, and don't have a bankroll, then there is no need for bankroll management. you should be having fun and budgeting your money to take shots at big games. For a small percentage of people like myself, we have built a bankroll strictly for poker, and in efforts to keep it, we follow Bank roll management. There nothing wrong with doing what you're doing.

Do you play tournaments according to the money you currently have or you wait for next depostit and play same tournaments? I'm asking this question because it's boring for me to play small tournaments.

Boring to play small tournaments? Because you think you have a bankroll big enough to play for higher? I'm not going to jump to conclusion but it sounds just by the statement you have shaky bankroll management. You should be trying to find out where you level of pay is at. If it means micro stakes then so be it. Don't lose your bankroll just because you are ''bored''.

I play in every tournament I get a chance to. I have been playing the crap out of the ACR 10 on demands freeroll. I have won 1 time, got 2nd 3 times, ITM a bunch, and 11th place many times too; which makes me krazy to be 1 away from cashing after 700 entrants beaten and 3 hours or more playing for that tiny reward even if you place.

This is exactly what i am doing at the moment.... its like punishing myself for poor BRM... so when i actually reload I will appreciate the Micro stakes!

I usually try to follow some srt of bankroll management and stick to the micro limit tournaments. But if You know that You are willing to deposit again if You lose your bankroll You can consider the amount of 6 - 12 months of deposits your bankroll and play a bit higher.

Every once in a while I will take shot a a MTT that is a bit too expensive for my bankroll and try to win a higher price than it is possible in the smallest tournaments though.... Still not really expensive ones but not what I should be playing with the bankroll I usually have....
