Ive never won in such a situation, but i remember i had about 500 chips, blinds were somewhere around 150, and the average stack was maybe 10 times my size. I secured the final table in that event, due to enormous luck.

I have 30BB the opponent has almost 600BB but thanks to luck I beat him

Yeah. I've had once around 0,5 after bad beat with AA on final table in tournament.
Then I won after few all-ins with random hands.

Yes, it happens several times to recover after a bad bit. With a few remaining chips to manage to return to the game and get in the money!
