You could be card dead but still have EV+ spots to win chips, but if you're just card dead and no spots for steals, etc just not your fault...

I definately know what u mean. And let me guess, whenu finally get a hand (kq) and flop trips someone played q4o and hit a fullhouse. It makes you not trust online sites and start second guessing. Someone else said it best. Take a break, in a few days/weeks, things seem to turn around.
Nothing personal, but that's just silly...lol
It`s in their interest to finnish a tournament as fast as possible to earn more rake... (for instance busted players enter new tourneys)
I think its pretty obvious that high-stacks are favoured at some point in online-poker tournaments. But if you get "the feel" for how it works, I think you can have success...
This too.... People blame the sites, software etc.. when it's going bad, but who do they thank when it's running good??? lol

As you might noticed in what I said...I didn`t blame anyone, Im just saying how I believe it works. I am actually doing pretty good at pokerstars as my bankroll is doubled 5 times. But there is defo something there...you just need to adjust!

I simply get no cards! This is by no means gonna be a tilt-rant... But I mean, today has been the days of ace-rag, none suited connectors and hardly any pairs. To a certain extent it feels as if the poker-software can track if you behave a little tiltish and start new STTs when on a losing-streak.

I was wondering if you have had these kind of days and what do you do to deal with it?

Is it a mental thing you think? I mean, I`ve analyzed Pokertracker and it`s really not something I say out of nothing. And I can`t sit and wait either at some point, bc I will blinded out of the game...

What happens when you get GREAT cards like AA 3 times and each time they are cracked each time? Are you still card dead? :) you have to learn to pick spots and take down un contested pots.

One night at the casino I had AA SIX times - cracked 5 and one take down for $13.

Every time I know I am getting closer to the math working in my favor.

But thanks for reminding of this nightmarish night in my past :p

Sorry, was not my intention :p
The point here was to show that it is not always the amazing cards you can get, even AA loses so what happens then? I would rather be card dead and be winning a lot of small pots by out playing, than getting it in good and losing XD

bc this happens

all of those tips area great and you can choose whichever you want and try different approach.
I usually try to adjust my game to more tight, and play more aggressively to steal pots. But on a bad days run, also take a break of few days helps a lot.
If I am in tournament, then playing more tightly helps, as in sng's more aggresivelly helps me to get over those days and bad feelings....
if I get to frustrated because of damn cards, then its good time to do something else for fun :)
walk away from tables for few days....
then came back, adjust your game and continue...
for me few freerolls help

Just walk away :) You know your an amazing grinder when you can play through the bad swings, and keep playing a solid game regardless of bad luck, very few have mastered this.

Not aimed at you specifically candyman, but this attitude "It makes you not trust online sites and start second guessing" is hysterical. Do you seriously think an online site like stars, party, etc care about your $10 and not someone elses? What does the site gain by "fixing" it against you? They earn their rake regardless, so why bother?
This. Why do rigtards think sites care about nanostakes grinders.
