How long have you made a break between playing a tournament?

i play 4-6 tournaments a night, 5-7 days a week

not much of a break - i luv play poker... wish i was better at it lol

Usually a break for me is the tournament schedule. and I plan the game, if at this moment I have a free schedule from household chores

I do atleast few days break if i get tired of poker and have a bad luck and bad decisions making

well if I am in the grind I am 5 minutes from the break with 5 minutes before and 5 more then totaling 15 minutes every hour of break

Not played in a tournament half a year then again they had to adapt to the game then realized that it is better to run the game, play at least one tournament in two weeks time. It is difficult to adjust then you make a lot of mistakes.
