A hand i played today

Hi all,
It's been a while since I've been playing poker. I've been playing left and right some small games in a casino around here and a poker club. This hand I'm playing a 33 + 7£ tournament. blinds are 5k / 10k with a bba of 10k and my stack is 365k.

I'm utg +1 with As6s i bet 30k and get a call from the cut off who has about 210k behind, followed by an all in call for 25k (ish).
Flop comes A Q 4 rainbow
I bet 35k and the cut off calls.
Turns 10 i bet another 35k and he shoves.

Now I'm quite the tight player lol. i have my moments and I'm usually a bit nervous till we hit the money's it's not that i cant afford the lose but it just makes my heart race. I exactly took a break of poker for 5 years due to insane bad luck lol i usually got it in good and 7 2 off flips along and gets away.

Anyways I have folded and he turns over Q2 of diamonds the small stack had pocket 3s. And the board bricks out.

Would you have called? I think afterwards i didn't really consider the 'cheap' buy in i don't rebuy or re-enter (i almost never can lol) and i value my game 40£ is still 40£ but I think that was too tight for the tournament pricetag?

You had one pair of aces utg, no flush. The position was difficult, and the cards you had not the best for that play and that betting but I think you could play. I think that if I had started that play I would go till the end and I would have called!
