I dont think so. 99% of those wholl call it will have a 7 minimum. Maybe a tiny block bet if you think someone might bet with air

I agree with alan, nothing which you are beating calls, so there is no value, and i think anyone with pocket 2s (although unlikely), would have checked this hand down, and has now just hit a set, so altho the hand is easy to get away from if you do do a small value bet, it is also chips just thrown away.

What about getting info about who might call a small bet with deuces or AK?

What other considerations might be in play in making such a bet?

Your question was "Can you value bet 4th pair here?". As a value bet implies that we are expecting to get called by worse hands, and in the example given there's nothing more than a minute chance that we will get called by a worse hand, the answer is obviously "no".

Metagame? It's a $200 freeroll - (a) the players suck, so there's really no need to get fancy, and (b) by the very nature of freerolls you're not likely to be at your table for very long anyway.

Info? It's a $200 freeroll, chances are everybody sucks. There's your info, without you havig to throw chips away to get it.

Other considerations? Can't think of any. Just check, there is absolutely zero reason to bet here.

Check. I'd say "the only hands that are calling you are hands that have you beat", but that's not entirely true. Guys could call you with a deuce or ace high or maybe even king high (this is a freeroll).

Even so, the chances of that are slim enough to ignore, as most of the time you're only going to get called by a better hand. Check.

I'd highly doubt you'd win this hand because usually a person will have 2nd or middle pair and not bet because they are afraid they are beat because there's too many people in the pot.

Like Chris I can see no useful information to be gained by betting, nor are you going to gain anything in the way of table image by betting.

i think he mislabeled this thread. I think what he wants to really know is if it worth a shot at this pot with only fourth pair. Obviously you will get called by a better hand but what if you bet the pot or more. There is a straight draw out there. Nobody has show aggression and the river card was a complete dud unless somehow that gave someone two pair.

First to act on the river. Do you bet here to steal the pot? I don't and here is why:

-If everyone checks around again you win what is in the pot if nobody really has anything better than a pair of 3s.
-if you bet and everyone folds you still win the same amount.
-someone could be slowplaying 9 10 or a small set waiting for someone to bet so they can reraise. You can't call any reraise.
