Its an incorrect call on the turn if you had reason to suspect he had AK, AT or AA. What hand were you putting him on with a raise that big? AJ? KQc? You let him know you had an ace when you bet out on the flop, and he responded by letting you know he was willing to bet he had the best hand or that he could make you lay down an ace.

A small reraise pre-flop might have prompted him to push all-in then, and you would have known the strength of his hand. The question then, is could you lay down AQ preflop for all of your chips?
